Dress Code
Please make sure that all dancers wear the proper clothing and footwear to class for their safety.

UPCOMING DATES
Peek Week – November 13-18 & April 8-13 (Monday-Saturday)
Peek Week is when parents and family members can watch their dancer and the progress made during classes. Peek Week will be held in-person, 2 adults per dancer.
PAYMENT REMINDERS
Monthly payments are always the same. If a credit card is on file, monthly payments will be automatically withdrawn the 1st of each month (October-June). If students miss a class due to illness, injury, or any other unexpected event, we welcome and encourage them to attend a make-up class (beginning in May) or come to class and watch to keep up with dance vocabulary and recital choreography.
Costume payments will be due in two installments:

| January 2-8 | Remaining balance announced in December |
Costume payments will be automatically withdrawn unless arrangements have been made to pay by check or cash at the studio.
Installments become non-refundable as of November 1, when the costumes are ordered. Costumes are paid in installments for your convenience; however, placing an order constitutes full commitment.
Late fee of $20.00 per month will be added to the outstanding balance on the account if payments are not received by the end of the payment week.

Picture Day
Picture Day – Saturday, May 11
Please join us for Picture Day! A professional photographer will be at the studio for this season, and both individual and group picture options will be available. Class pictures will be taken and proudly displayed in the waiting room next year. Note: No classes will be held that day. Schedule and Greenleaf Photo pricing coming soon!
Recital & Dress Rehearsal Dates
All classes except ballet technique and kicks, turns and leaps have recital dances that are performed in one show. Location & dates will be announced as soon as the school confirms. The estimated price per ticket is $40.
Location: Burlington High School
Dress Rehearsals: Tuesday, June 4 &/or Wednesday, June 5
Recital: Saturday, June 8
Show time: 2:00pm
THINGS TO KNOW
NUT FREE environment
For the safety of our students, the studio is a NUT FREE environment. Please do not bring snacks containing nuts.
Vacation and Snow Days
We typically follow the Arlington public school vacation and holiday calendar.
If the Arlington schools have a snow day or close early, the studio will be closed. If school is not cancelled, but weather conditions are poor, there are 4 ways to check for studio closures:

Make-up classes will be available beginning in May for any classes missed due to holidays and snow days.
