Adult Dance Classes in Arlington, MA
We offer a variety of classes for adults (18 and older), with or without previous dance experience.
Our focus on technique, fitness, and the art of dance helps students of all ages and skill levels have a safe, fun, and rewarding experience.
Class schedule subject to change or cancellation due to insufficient registration.
We also offer various fitness classes without a gym membership.

Barre/Mat Class
Barre/Mat Class A dynamic blended class inspired by a combination of pilates, dance, yoga, and strength training. This class will provide a full body workout that is both intense and low impact. Our goal is ultimately to restore balance to your body, build core strength, improve muscular strength, and increase flexibility. We will utilize a combination of weights, toning balls, thigh rings, resistance bands, yoga blocks, and the ballet barre.

Designed to teach the basics of various jazz styles with their energetic movements, fancy footwork, big leaps, and quick turns; students will develop aerobic fitness and increased flexibility while learning to show emotion and develop their own individual style. This class is intended for beginner or intermediate dance experience and performs one dance in the recital.

Designed to improve versatility, improvisation, and emotional expression; students will learn how to move their bodies expressively as they combine elements of jazz and ballet through floor work, complex footwork, and leaps.
