Dance Classes in Arlington, MA
Ages 2-7
We offer a variety of classes for students and work with families to place dancers into classes that best match each student’s interest, age, and skill to foster a safe, family-friendly environment. Learning technique, having fun, and a passion for dance makes for a happy and rewarding experience for all of our students.
We offer discounts for multiple classes and siblings.
Most classes perform in our June recital and there will be additional costs for costumes.
Class schedule subject to change or cancellation due to insufficient registration.

Little Dance Explorers
Designed to encourage physical, emotional, and cognitive development; our youngest students (along with one parent or caregiver) will be exposed to creative movement, musical instruments, and props while learning classroom etiquette and the basics of dance movement. This class does not perform in the recital.
Minimum of 4 students required to hold the class.Age

Creative Movement
Designed to introduce and explore creative movement and dance fundamentals; young students will be exposed to the basics of dance vocabulary while developing gross motor skills, muscle control, balance, and body awareness. This class performs one dance in the recital.

Designed to challenge students to practice technique and terminology in a more structured way; students are exposed to basic jazz technique while adding to their skills in ballet and tap to further build coordination, rhythm, and creative expression. This class performs 3 dances in the recital.

Hip Hop
Designed to teach movements from various street dance styles including old school & new school; students with and without previous dance experience will learn to perform to upbeat, current, and popular music while having a ton of fun. This class performs one dance in the recital.

Acrobatics Dance
Acrobatics is a gymnastic-based class. In this class students will learn and gain skills through progression with a focus on conditioning, strength, balance, tumbling, and flexibility. Students will practice on gymnastics mats and/or floor equipment with the goal of performing skills on a dance/hard floor. At times, students may be spotted by the teacher for tricks. Part of the class structure may consist of partner work or lifts. This class performs one dance in the recital.
Beginner Class – No experience required.
Intermediate – This class requires prerequisite skills; handstand, cartwheel, and backbend.
Please Note: Final placement decision will be made by the teacher/studio.Age
