Classes Begin Monday, September 12

Last year was another like no other!  We are so proud of all the dancers’ and teachers’ hard work and loved seeing the dancers shine on stage! We’re looking forward to beginning a fun and exciting year, and want to welcome all returning and new students.

To help you plan for the coming months, we are sharing some frequently requested information on studio protocols & procedures, dress code, important dates, payments, and more.

Protocols & Procedures

The Lynn and Jen’s staff is committed to providing a safe and welcoming in-studio environment for all of our dancers. We will be following CDC, State, and Town recommended guidelines for dance schools.

Studio Covid Protocol
We would like to thank everyone in advance for your patience, cooperation, and understanding as we work together to make this year an enjoyable and enriching experience for our students. Studio protocols can be located here as we receive them.

Studio Rules

  • The waiting room is open to parents (this may change)
  • Stay home if you have a fever of 100 or above for 24 hours without medicine
  • Stay home and isolate for 5 days (day 0 is the first day of symptoms or positive test), mask should be worn while around others for 10 days
  • Please refer to the local board of health for the most up-to-date covid policies

Drop Off & Pick Up Procedure

  • Dancer can use the cubbies or a basket for their belongings.  If the dancer changes shoes, they will bring their dance bag into class
  • Parents should pick up their dancer(s) in the studio waiting room

Peek Week – November 14-19 & April 10-15 (Monday-Saturday)
Peek Week is when parents and family members can watch their dancer and the progress made during classes.  Peek Week will be held in-person only this spring, 2 adults per dancer.

Payment & Medical Waiver 2022/2023

Monthly payments are always the same. If a credit card is on file, monthly payments will be automatically withdrawn the 1st of each month (October-June).   If students miss a class due to illness, injury, or any other unexpected event, we welcome and encourage them to attend a make-up class (beginning in May) or come to class and watch to keep up with dance vocabulary and recital choreography.

Costume payments will be due in two installments:

Due Date Payment
October 3-8 $60 PER COSTUME (e.g., 2 costumes X $60.00 = $120.00)
January 3-9 Remaining balance announced in December

Costume payments will be automatically withdrawn unless arrangements have been made to pay by check or cash at the studio.

Installments become non-refundable as of November 1, when the costumes are ordered.  Costumes are paid in installments for your convenience; however, placing an order constitutes full commitment.

Late fee of $20.00 per month will be added to the outstanding balance on the account if payments are not received by the end of the payment week.
